The Heart Wager — The Poncho Conflict

I thought I heard someone call me through the rain, but I couldn't make it out. The bus stop was still a hike, and no rides were picking up. I just huddled under the overhang, hoping the wind wouldn't get any worse. But then the wind kicked up anyway.
