Watching and access
Unlocked episodes and active creator subscriptions appear in your home feed. If access is missing, sign out and back in, then contact support with the series and episode URL.
Subscriptions
Subscription pricing and renewal period are shown before checkout. Manage or cancel recurring billing through the billing controls associated with your account.
Creator uploads
Creator Studio accepts supported video files, processes long uploads into episodes, and reports upload status. Keep your source files until processing and publication are confirmed.
Rights and safety
Use the Copyright & Rights Policy for infringement, likeness, privacy, or synthetic-media complaints. Include the exact URL and enough detail for us to locate the material.
Account security
Never share your password or signed media links. Report a compromised account immediately and include the account email, but never send your password.
