Questions
Do I need a Shopify store?+
No. Connect a Shopify store in one click, or give us the product feed you already send to Google Merchant Center (XML, CSV or TSV), or upload a CSV. Feeds are read again every day.
What does the monthly plan pay for?+
Matching. Every product you promote is understood by picture — cut, color, material, style — and matched to the moments in our series where it fits. Your plan sets how many products you can promote: 100, 1,000 or 10,000.
And the clicks?+
On top of the plan, you pay per click, through an auction. You set a daily budget and, if you like, a target return on ad spend; we bid for you and never spend above your budget. Invalid clicks are never billed.
Where do my products appear?+
When a viewer taps Shop during an episode, they see the items that match what is on screen. Promoted products compete for the Sponsored places on that shelf. Viewers ask to see them — nothing interrupts the show.
Who decides which products fit?+
Our matching first, then our people. Every account is reviewed before it goes live, and we keep the shelf to products a viewer would actually want next to that scene.
Can I change plans or cancel?+
Yes, any time, from the Ads Manager. A plan change is prorated; a cancellation stops promotion at the end of the period you paid for.
How do I see results?+
The Ads Manager shows spend, clicks, orders, sales and ROAS by day and by product. Shopify stores get order tracking automatically when they connect.
