Generated Worlds respects intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, and likeness rights and expects creators to hold documented rights to every uploaded element.
Report infringement
Send notices to copyright@generatedworlds.com with: your signature; identification of the protected work; exact Platform URL and identification of the material; your contact details; a good-faith statement that use is unauthorized; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
Counter-notice
A creator may submit a legally valid counter-notice identifying removed material and its prior location, consenting to the legally required court jurisdiction and service of process, and stating under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification. We may restore material when the statutory process permits.
Other rights
For trademark, privacy, publicity, synthetic-likeness, or other rights complaints, provide the work or person at issue, exact URL, legal basis, authorization, contact details, and a signed accuracy statement.
Repeat infringers
We maintain a policy to terminate users who repeatedly infringe in appropriate circumstances and may remove or restrict apparent infringement when we have sufficient knowledge.
