Generated Worlds LLC has designated an agent to receive notifications of claimed infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2). The same designation is on file with the United States Copyright Office, registration number DMCA-1080129.

Report infringement
Use the reporting form at generatedworlds.com/report. It takes a minute, no account is needed, and it walks you through everything a valid notice has to contain: identification of the protected work; the exact Platform URL and identification of the material; your contact details including a postal address; a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act; and your signature. You will be given a reference and a private page where you can add evidence and follow what we do about it.
You can still send a notice by email to the designated agent at legal@generatedworlds.com if you prefer. It has to contain the same elements.
Counter-notice
A creator may submit a legally valid counter-notice identifying removed material and its prior location, consenting to the legally required court jurisdiction and service of process, and stating under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification. We may restore material when the statutory process permits.
Other rights
For trademark, privacy, publicity, synthetic-likeness, or other rights complaints, provide the work or person at issue, exact URL, legal basis, authorization, contact details, and a signed accuracy statement.
Earnings from work that is not the creator’s
If we find that a creator is not the original holder of the content they published, the payout for that content is held. Once the rightful owner is established, it is paid to the rightful owner, not to the creator who uploaded it.
Repeat infringers
We maintain a policy to terminate users who repeatedly infringe in appropriate circumstances and may remove or restrict apparent infringement when we have sufficient knowledge.
