Information we collect

• Account data such as name, email, password hash, role, channel profile, and preferences.
• Transaction and entitlement data such as coin balance, purchases, subscriptions, refunds, creator ledger, payout status, and payment-provider identifiers. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data such as follows, watch history, playback progress, saved titles, comments, uploads, moderation activity, and interactions.
• Technical and security data such as IP address, device/browser data, logs, cookie identifiers, and suspected fraud or abuse signals.
• Creator compliance data such as identity, tax, payout, rights, release, and legal-notice records where needed.

How we use information

• Provide accounts, playback, uploads, discovery, comments, billing, subscriptions, creator analytics, and payouts.
• Secure the Platform; prevent fraud, abuse, infringement, and unauthorized access; enforce agreements.
• Communicate service, transaction, legal, moderation, and support messages.
• Comply with law, legal process, tax, sanctions, accounting, and rights-management obligations.
• Improve and measure Platform performance. We do not use private Creator Content to train general-purpose generative AI without separate opt-in.

Legal bases and choices

Where applicable, processing is based on performance of our contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Platform, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required. You may withdraw consent without affecting prior processing.

Sharing

• Creators receive limited information necessary to provide purchased access and channel services; they do not receive your full payment credentials.
• Service providers may process data for payments, cloud hosting, content delivery, security, communications, analytics, support, and professional advice under appropriate restrictions.
• We may disclose data to authorities, rights holders, counterparties, or others when reasonably necessary for law, safety, fraud prevention, claims, corporate transactions, or enforcement.
• We do not sell personal information for money. If future practices constitute selling or targeted-ad sharing under applicable law, we will provide required notices and opt-outs before doing so.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Platform and for legitimate legal, tax, accounting, fraud, security, dispute, backup, and rights-management purposes. Retention varies by record type. Content and account data may persist in backups for a limited period after deletion.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the data. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for strong credentials and prompt compromise reporting.

International transfers

Data may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we rely on recognized transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses with the service providers that process data on our behalf.

Your rights

Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or appeal of a privacy decision. You may also have rights concerning targeted advertising, sale/sharing, or automated decisions. Submit requests to privacy@generatedworlds.ai. We may verify identity and retain data where an exception applies.

Children

The Platform is not directed to children under 13 and accounts require legal adulthood under the Viewer Terms. If we learn that we collected a child’s personal information contrary to law, we will take appropriate deletion or consent steps.
