Advertiser Terms
These terms govern brand accounts, the monthly plan, and the advertising Generated Worlds produces and delivers under it.
See the worlds1. What the plan is
The plan is a monthly production subscription. It entitles the advertiser to commission a fixed number of advertisements per paid period from one licensed world, with the number of spots, hook variants and revision rounds shown at the point of purchase. It is not a media buy, it does not include advertising placement, and no audience, reach, impression, view or performance outcome is promised.
- The period's allowance is counted when a brief is submitted, not when advertising is delivered.
- Unused allowance does not carry over.
- Generated Worlds may decline a brief that would breach these terms, the Creator agreements, applicable advertising law, or a creator's stated category refusals, and will say which.
2. Your licence to the advertising
On delivery, Generated Worlds grants the advertiser a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to reproduce, distribute, publicly perform and display the delivered advertising for the advertiser's own advertising and marketing, on any channel, including paid media.
- The licence survives cancellation. Advertising already delivered may be run indefinitely.
- The licence does not transfer ownership of the world, its characters, the underlying series, or any element of it, and does not permit the advertiser to create further material depicting them.
- Exclusivity within a product category is not included and is available only where separately agreed in writing.
3. Disclosure, claims, and what you are responsible for
The advertiser is the advertiser. The advertiser is responsible for carrying a clear and conspicuous advertising disclosure wherever the advertising runs, for any AI-disclosure required in the territories it runs in, and for holding substantiation for every objective claim the advertiser asked to be made. Generated Worlds is a producer and does not verify product claims.
- All advertising delivered is AI-generated and contains synthetic performers. The advertiser must not present it as documentary footage, a real testimonial, or the endorsement of a real person.
- Characters are fictional. The advertiser must not describe a character as a real customer, a real user, or a real endorser.
- The advertiser warrants it holds the rights to every trademark, product, asset and claim it supplies, and indemnifies Generated Worlds against claims arising from them.
4. Approval, revisions, and what is not a revision
Each brief is answered with a written treatment. Approving the treatment is the point at which production begins, and the included revision rounds apply to it and to the delivered cut. A change of product, of the world, or of the central promise after approval is a new brief and draws on the period's allowance.
5. Billing and cancellation
- The plan renews monthly until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from the brand console. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- Fees already paid are not refunded for a period in which a brief was submitted.
- A failed renewal does not immediately close the account. Access ends if payment is not recovered.
