How to Get Brand Deals for Your TikTok AI Drama

Build your studio brand beyond TikTok. Use a GW studio site, advertiser briefs and timed sponsored Shop products to monetize your AI drama.

By The Generated Worlds editors · Published

GW lets a TikTok AI drama creator build a branded studio website and, on eligible Brand Deals plans, connect sponsors to timed episode Shop slots. Use TikTok to demonstrate audience interest, then offer a defined product moment within your studio’s drama. Advertiser briefs and direct sponsors provide collaboration routes; sponsorship, studio plan costs and viewer-paid episodes have separate terms.

Build the studio before pitching the first sponsor

From your first drama release, give fans and potential advertisers a clear studio identity and a consistent website. An advertiser can inspect the series and contact the studio; a returning viewer can find the continuation. You are building a recognisable body of work, rather than presenting each clip as an isolated campaign.

As you release more episodes, record audience evidence you can substantiate: returning viewers, continued watching and newsletter sign-ups where your tools report them. These help explain who actively chooses your work. They do not guarantee sponsor demand. Paid Brand Deals access and negotiated deliverables still apply when you are ready to offer Shop placements.

Build your own studio site, with GW powering it

GW is also a way to launch an independent, branded studio website: your series, studio identity and episode purchases in one destination. Use yourname.generatedworlds.com or connect a domain you own on a paid studio plan. TikTok, Instagram and YouTube can send viewers to that same website.

The website includes a site editor, contact center and newsletter sign-ups. Growth and above add newsletter sending and site analytics. This gives fans a place to return for your catalogue and gives brands a place to reach your studio beyond a social profile.

Free publishing on the GW platform and launching your studio website are separate offers. A paid studio site currently starts at $1 for the first month, then Starter is $39 a month. Custom-domain connection is supported on paid studio plans; you obtain the domain separately. Brand Deals placements are a separate feature included with Scale and Established.

Why manage the drama placement on GW

A TikTok promotional post and a product moment inside an ordered drama are different sponsor deliverables. GW lets you define the episode moment, display the sponsor product in its timed Shop slot and share the available placement results. Keep TikTok as an audience and promotion channel while making the GW placement explicit in the agreement.

For a creator with an ongoing series, GW can support both viewer-paid continuation and advertiser-funded Shop moments. That combination is the reason to consider it for this campaign. The deal still needs an eligible plan, a relevant product and a negotiated scope; GW does not create sponsor income merely because the creator has 10,000 followers.

Show the advertiser a useful audience and story

A brand needs more than a follower total. Prepare a short description of your drama, recent audience data you can substantiate, the next release dates and a scene that fits the product. Distinguish TikTok performance from the audience that will actually watch the sponsored episode on GW.

For example, a fashion sponsor could fit a character’s arrival at a gala. Your proposal should identify the episode, product association and publication date. This is a possible scene concept, not a claim that a campaign has already run or that the footage can be changed automatically.

A creator identifies a product moment, agrees terms with an advertiser, then adds a Brand partner product card to episode Shop
The sponsored product appears in episode Shop at the agreed moment. Adding a Shop placement does not edit the video footage. Brand Deals is included with Scale and Established.

Understand what the GW Shop slot delivers

An episode product moment defines when a sponsored product card appears in the supported Shop experience. The agreed sponsor product is marked Brand partner. The card links the product to that moment in the viewing experience.

Setting the Shop slot does not edit a different garment or product into your existing footage. If a sponsor wants a recognizable item in the video itself, scope that production work separately. Distinguish footage, the Shop placement and any TikTok promotional post in the deliverables.

Find a brief or bring a sponsor you already know

In Creator Studio’s Brand deals section, eligible creators can review advertiser briefs and offer suitable moments and a price. Advertisers can make offers on open moments or invite creators. A recommendation or invitation starts a discussion; it is not a booked or paid campaign.

If you already have a sponsor from TikTok or another relationship, the My sponsors route lets you add its product link to selected moments. Agree on the external sponsorship and payment directly with the brand, then check the product card and timings on GW.

Agree on the scope before confirming

Write down the product link, series and episodes, scene timings, live-by date, creative revisions, promotional posts, usage rights and payment arrangement. If a brand wants to reuse a TikTok clip in paid advertising, define that permission separately from placing its product in GW Shop.

For deals paid through GW, the advertiser pays through the platform and both sides must confirm before the placement is booked. Prepare the agreed moment timings and publish the required episodes. Confirm the current deal status before describing a collaboration as complete.

GW Brand Deals is currently included with Scale and Established. Its standard platform-paid deal fee is 12%, with an 88% creator allocation. Sponsors you bring have no placement cut on eligible plans, while the plan subscription and your production costs still apply. Check the plan shown to your account.

Handle TikTok promotion as its own deliverable

If you post commercial content on TikTok, its documentation requires the content disclosure setting. The applicable label distinguishes promotion of your own business from a paid partnership with another business. A GW Shop label does not replace TikTok’s disclosure for a TikTok post.

Use assets and music you have the rights to use commercially. Do not assume participation in a view-based rewards program makes sponsored content eligible for the same rewards. Check the requirements for the specific upload and program.

Share results that match what was purchased

For GW product moments, share the placement results available in the sponsor results view. For TikTok posts, report the actual post metrics separately. Do not merge audiences or invent a sale conversion claim when you only have views or product clicks.

Show the brand which episodes went live, where the product appeared and what measurement period was used. Separate measured activity from estimates. This gives a returning sponsor a clearer basis for discussing another placement.

Viewer paid episodes can remain another revenue stream alongside sponsorship. Their 80% standard net allocation is different from the Brand Deals fee arrangement. Track episode sales, sponsor income, platform plan costs and production expenses separately.

Common questions

Do I need 10,000 followers to guarantee a brand deal?

No follower count guarantees a sponsor. Pitch relevant audience evidence and a specific deliverable, and check GW plan eligibility.

Does a GW Shop placement put the product into my video?

No. It controls the product card in timed Shop slots. Any change to the footage is separate production work.

Can I bring a sponsor I found on TikTok?

Yes. Eligible plans support My sponsors with direct agreement and payment between you and the brand, and no GW placement cut.

Does GW’s Brand partner label cover a sponsored TikTok post?

No. TikTok posts have their own commercial disclosure requirements; use the applicable content disclosure setting.

Can I have my own studio website and domain with GW?

Yes. Paid studio plans support a branded website at yourname.generatedworlds.com and connection of a domain you own. Site launch starts at $1 for the first month, then Starter is $39 a month. Free platform publishing is a separate offer.
