Where Stars Sleep
Shen Wanfu's marriage to Xie Xingcheng is an arrangement — separate lives, one meeting at the license office, no expectations on either side. She still goes to the bar when she is told he has been seen there with his arm around another woman. The man in the booth is not her husband. He is Yi Huaizhong, her husband's nephew, and by the time the misunderstanding has finished being explained a typhoon is coming ashore and neither of them is going anywhere.
