Target (BL) — The King's Signet Ring

Lane, you're the only one I've ever told. Lucas, you must defend the royal family. Don't let them win. No! Father!

Lucas, hand over the king's signet ring, and I can let them spare your life. So you were their spy. You faked it, got close to me for secrets, killed my father. You were tempting.

But power? More. Lucas, believe me, I've never breathed the word of this to anyone. Lies! A merchant named Harold sponsored you. He's tied to foreign powers. Mr. Harold only sponsored my baseball. I had no idea what business he ran.

Your Highness, he got close to steal royal secrets. It was all a set-up. I didn't! Your Highness, please believe me, I've never... Enough! I hate being lied to. The evidence is here, not another word.

Lane, you're banished. Never set foot in this palace again. Your Highness. Drag him out of my sight. Lucas! Listen to me! That letter is forged! I never betrayed you! Lucas!
