Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion

Email privacy@generatedworlds.com from the address on your Generated Worlds account, with the subject “Delete my data”. Tell us whether you want your whole account deleted or only the data from a connected social account, and name that account.

Connected social accounts

If you connected a Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube account so that GW Publisher could post your clips, you can also remove our access yourself at any time from that platform's settings — for Facebook and Instagram, Settings → Apps and websites — or ask us to disconnect it. Disconnecting deletes the access tokens we hold for that account.

• When you ask for deletion we also remove that account's ID, username, display name, and avatar from our systems.
• Records of clips already posted and their performance numbers are deleted on request as part of the same request.

What happens next

• We confirm we received your request within 7 days, and may ask you to confirm it comes from the account holder.
• We complete deletion within 30 days of confirmation.
• Some records we are legally required to keep — such as purchase, tax, payout, and fraud-prevention records — are retained for the period the law requires and then deleted. Copies may persist in backups for a limited period before they are overwritten.
