Can you upload Suno songs to Spotify?
The short answer is yes. The long answer is which distributor, which plan, and what it will not deliver.

You can release Suno songs on Spotify if they were made on a paid Suno plan (free-plan songs are for non-commercial use only) and you use a distributor that accepts fully AI-generated music. DistroKid accepts them with AI credits; LANDR accepts them with a monthly cap and without delivery to YouTube Content ID, TikTok or Meta; TuneCore and CD Baby exclude music from AI models trained on unlicensed recordings. Spotify removes impersonation and spam and, since August 2026, keeps AI-persona profiles out of recommendations.
Spotify does not take uploads from artists directly — everything arrives through a distributor. So "can I put my Suno songs on Spotify" is really two questions: does your Suno plan let you release the song commercially, and will a distributor carry it.
Every rule below was checked on 26 September 2026 against each company's own help pages. They change often; follow the links before you pay for anything.
Step one: check the plan you made the song on
Suno's terms (effective 3 September 2026) give paid subscribers ownership of what they generate and allow commercial use of songs downloaded within the plan's download allowance. Songs made on the free plan are for personal, non-commercial use — and the community consensus is that upgrading later does not change that for songs already made. Suno also states it cannot guarantee a copyright exists in any output.
Step two: pick a distributor that will carry it

Step three: know what Spotify does with it
- Voice clones and impersonation of real artists are removed.
- A spam filter de-recommends mass uploads, duplicates and keyword-stuffed tracks — release an album, not a hundred singles a week.
- AI credits you disclose appear on the track and are not meant to lower its ranking.
- Since August 2026, artist profiles that present as an AI persona are labelled and left out of algorithmic and editorial recommendations. Followers still hear them.
If a distributor turns you down
Creators report being dropped for volume and spam flags, and those flags can follow an artist name between distributors. Slow down, release as albums, and keep a home for the music you control: YouTube, SoundCloud or Generated Worlds all take uploads directly.
