At a glittering gala, a young woman is humiliated when her toxic best friend auctions her off as a one-dollar maid. Her fate takes an unexpected turn when a powerful mafia figure steps in, pulling her into a dangerous world of wealth, loyalty, and forbidden attraction.

That's boring, Rafe. Let's make tonight fun. Ladies and gentlemen, one last-minute item for tonight's auction. Okay, what's she selling? Rent-a-Marshall-y wife, one whole month.
She cooks, she cleans, she irons your shirts, and she's already pregnant, so no surprises. Starting bid, one dollar! Let's go, Frankie! Make it a good one! She just put me up for sale. In front of everyone we know.
Frankie, get down from there, right now! Oh, come on, sweetheart. It's a party game. Nobody's actually taking you home. Rafe, tell her. It's a joke, right? Babe, it's Frankie. She's always been like this.
Just play along this once, and it'll be over in a minute. Play along?
