Too Good For You — Sophie's Vulnerable Plea

Are you kidding me? LOL. What are you even going to do without me and Luke? You probably won't even find clothes in your size by yourself in London.

Stop being dramatic. Come out this weekend. Dinner's on me, okay? My apology treat?

I stared at the part about not finding clothes in my size for a long time. I didn't reply. I tossed my phone onto the bed and wheeled my suitcase into the living room. A hair clip Sophie had left behind the week before was still on the coffee table.

a glittery little bow that day she had worn a size small dress that hung loose around her waist while complaining that she'd gotten so Fat lately I picked up the clip then I dropped it into the trash the doorbell rang when I opened the Sophie was standing there. She wore a cream knit dress her hair styled in loose waves with a bag of fruit in one hand You're actually packing. Oh my god, Sarah. You're really leaving stepped aside and let her

She put the fruit on the coffee table and turned around her eyes were actually red. Is this because of what happened last time? I I told you, I was drunk. Sarah, you're not seriously leaving just because... Her voice faded.

She lowered her head and twisted the hem of her dress between her fingers. What am I supposed to do if you leave? That was Sophie. She always knew exactly when to look vulnerable.

She always knew how to make everyone think I was the one hurting her. This has nothing to do with you. I want to leave. She looked up at me with watery eyes.

Really? You're not mad at me? No. Then can you stay?

She grabbed my hand. Or at least wait until Luke gets back. He'll figure out a way to help you. I pulled my hand.
