Thin Ice — Coach's Warning to Hayes

I'll say this once. His past is none of our business. Skill is what matters. I didn't say anything. Listen, I don't care what you saw online. All I know is Blake is a good player and a good guy. If anyone has a problem, say it now.

No one? Then shut up and focus on practice. Ignore those assholes. Thanks, Mark. Hayes, come in.

Have a seat. Coach, what's up? Blake, what do you think of him? Very skilled.

Has the potential to be a core player. I think so, too. But the atmosphere on the team, you've noticed, right? I'll handle it.

I know you will. But I want you to understand one thing.
