The Rats Know Everything — Episode 2

Police? My neighbor was murdered. The killer was just outside my door! It was the same trick again last night, Captain. That's eleven victims.

The girl next door called it in. Wait for backup. We'll question her first. Oh, girl! That mean woman next door really is dead! You promised not to poison us, right? Did I really awaken some weird power? Am I Dr. Dottler now?

I'm not lying. Every time that guy came, he carried a horrible smell. Rusty iron and moldy tobacco. No. The killer comes first.

For my own safety, I have to help the police catch him. Do you remember what he looked like? What he wore? Black mask and hat.

He once pulled off the mask to spit by our pipe. His eyebrows were pale. Almost gone. Right! Big nose, dead fish eyes, thin lips covered in dry skin. Yes! That's exactly him!
