The Woman in Seat 1A — Episode 2

Hey, you're in my seat. This is 14A. So is mine. It says 14A right here. Mine says 14A2.

That's impossible. Get up. Now! Is there a problem? She's in my seat. Ma'am, we've checked both boarding passes. It looks like the same seat was assigned twice.

We sincerely apologize. Assigned twice? There was a system error. We'd like to rebook you on the next available flight and we'll take care of everything. A system assigned the same seat twice? You oversold the flight, didn't you?

Ma'am, the whole plane is waiting. Please cooperate. No.
