Too calm. Do you know me? My heart skipped. No, I don't.

Jax kept a straight face. Wait, you've got something here. He suddenly reached out. His thumb brushed over my earlobe.

His skin felt rough against mine. I took half a step back. What a coincidence. My girlfriend has a mole there too.

He stared straight at me. She's just as sensitive. He absolutely did that on purpose. So Jax remembered.

He knew I was the girl from his dreams. By the time I snapped out of it, we were already at the training ring. I heard the guys whispering nearby. Jax's punches look kind of flashy today.

Is he showing off his skills or his abs? Man, even I'm swooting, and I'm a dude. I looked up. Jax was shirtless.

Every inch of him was hard muscle, just like in the dreams. This was my first time watching boxing in person. I had looked it up before, mostly because I kept dreaming about Jax. But seeing it live was completely different.

It was way more intense. I used to think boxing was barbaric. But looking at Jax now, I had to admit it. He was hot.

I stared a little too long. Why take a part-time job? Need the money? Miles had walked over without me noticing.

Jax moved his gloves. There was a tiny scratch on his lip.
