To escape the unwanted attention of her stepbrother, a young woman deliberately transforms her appearance so he will no longer look her way. But hiding behind a new face only complicates the feelings she is trying to outrun, and the closer she gets to keeping her secret, the harder it becomes to tell who she is really protecting herself from.
You two are gonna have so much fun living together. Living together? That wasn't part of the plan. Mom, you didn't tell me his son was Damon Blake. You know him?
No! That's the problem! How was I supposed to be myself at home when my stepbrother was the guy I was trying to avoid at school? New rule. Avoid Damon at all costs.
Morning. Rule number two. Don't get noticed. Hey, you dropped this. At college, my disguise was perfect.
Even he had no idea. Why was Damon talking to you? He wasn't. I saw him.
Stay away from him. Great. I hadn't even done anything yet. I had spent months making sure nobody noticed me. And now everyone suddenly had a reason to.
Hey, Lena. Hi. Of course. Because apparently avoiding him at college wasn't difficult enough.
You heading to Professor Miller's class? Yeah. Good. Me too.
My invisibility plan had one major flaw. Why are you walking over there? Damon Blake apparently didn't believe in personal space. It's going this way.
That's debatable. Oops. There went invisible. You're funny.
You know that? That's not good. I thought you barely talked. Maybe you don't give people much reason to.
